PNA Mission Statement

In order to create and maintain safe, healthy and productive neighborhoods, we, as an association, agree to: Promote activities which encourage neighbors to work and play together; Plan meetings that welcome citizen commentary, resource information, and creativity; Create a welcoming association for our diverse population.

The Community Association of Portsmouth (TCAP) is a Non-Profit 501 (c) (3) Tax Exempt community association, doing business as Portsmouth Neighborhood Association.


PNA Membership

Membership in the Association is open to anyone who lives, rents or owns property within the boundary.  Membership is also open to one voting representative from each business, organization, church or government agency, which exists within the boundaries of PNA.  To become a registered member, you must attend one Community Forum or Board Meetings prior to registration.


PNA Community Forum Meetings

Our PNA Community Forum is usually held the first Tuesday of a month, four times a year from 7:00-8:30 PM at the Columbia Cottage located at 4339 N. Lombard in Columbia Park. This meeting is for the general public.

The PNA Board usually meets the 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the University Park United Methodist Church, Errol Stephenson Hall, 4775 N. Lombard. the public is welcome.
